PURCHASE, NY - Senior midfielder
Jackie Gale (New Vernon, NJ/Madison) had a goal and an assist to lead the College at Florham Devils to a 3-2 shootout victory over Manhattanville on Tuesday afternoon.
With the win, the Devils finished the season with a record of 7-12 (3-4 Freedom) while the Valiants dropped to 7-10 (1-5 Freedom).
Manhattanville started the scoring with 9:40 left before halftime and carried that lead into intermission. Junior midfielder
Ellen Siracuse (Kingston, PA/Wyoming Valley West) tied the score at 1-1 when she converted a pass from Gale with 10:56 gone by in the second half. The Valiants went back ahead, 2-1, 11:00 later but Gale led the Devils right back to tie the score at 2-2 only 2:13 after that. Each team had opportunities down the stretch and in both overtimes but the game stayed tied.

Lauren Guenther (Wall, NJ/St. Rose) and freshman midfielder
Kelsey Kistle (Sandyston, NJ/Kittatinny) scored for the Devils while freshman goalkeeper
Kayleigh White (South Plainfield, NJ/South Plainfield) allowed no Valiant goals.

Meghan O'Neil (Highlands, NJ/Henry Hudson) played the entire regulation and both overtimes, making 13 saves.
