MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils were beaten by Eastern, 2-0, in Freedom Conference action on Wednesday evening.
With the loss, the Devils dropped to 5-12 (1-4 Freedom) while the Eagles improved to 13-4 (5-0 Freedom).
After a scoreless first half, Eastern got on the board at the 49:17 mark and added an insurance goal with 9:13 left in the contest. The Eagles held a 15-6 edge in shots and a 14-3 advantage in penalty corners.

Meghan O'Neil (Highlands, NJ/Henry Hudson) made seven saves in defeat.
The Devils return to action on Saturday, October 24, 2009, at home for Senior Day against DeSales beginning at 4 pm.
