DOYLESTOWN, PA - The College at Florham Devils were knocked off by Delaware Valley, 2-1, in Freedom Conference action on Monday afternoon.
With the loss, the Devils dropped to 5-11 (1-3 Freedom) while the Aggies improved to 9-7 (3-1 Freedom).
All of the scoring in the game came in the early stages of the game. The Aggies got on the board first at the 4:53 mark before freshman midfielder
Victoria Nedo (Rockaway, NJ/Morris Hills) converted a pass from senior forward
Alex DeVito (Wayside, NJ/Ocean Twp.) to tie the game at 1-1 just 3:09 later. Delaware Valley notched the game-winner at the 17:35 mark of the first half as the Devils could only muster one shot in the second half.

Meghan O'Neil (Highlands, NJ/Henry Hudson) made 13 saves in the loss.
The Devils return to action on Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at home against Eastern beginning at 7 pm.
