Kennedy McNeilly-Anta joined the coaching staff at FDU-Florham in 2026, following his tenure at Duke Kunshan University (Jiangsu Province, China) as the Head Coach of the Running Program.
Kennedy McNeilly-Anta had previously competed as a member of Varsity Men's Track & Field Team at Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ) where he contributed to three consecutive titles at the Non-Public B Championships, competing in both 800m, Discuss Throw, and Javelin Throw. From 2023-2025, Kennedy McNeilly-Anta competed as a member of the Huawei Corporate Team—LePaoYiJia RC—contribtuing to numerous team wins in provincial-level competitions, and to individual podium finishes in the Outopia Trail Series.
From 2023 to 2025, McNeilly-Anta established and developed the successful program at Duke Kunshan University, where he led the program to compete in Road Running, Trail Running, and Track & Field; ultimately leading to an undefeated record in intercollegiate competitions and podium finishes at regional-level events. McNeilly-Anta holds a dual-diploma degree from both Duke University and Duke Kunshan University, majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a research emphasis on public health policy and organizational studies. Additionally, Coach McNeilly-Anta holds professional certifications from USA Track & Field and Evidence Pilates
