Lauren Harris joined the volleyball staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2019 season.
Harris was a standout for the FDU volleyball program from 2015-2018. She finished her Devils career ranking first in program history in kills (1,486), kills per set (3.12) and total attacks (4,907). She also ranks second all-time in points (1,712.5) and third all-time in points per set (3.59) and sets played (477).
During her four-year career as a Devil, Harris was named to the MAC Freedom All-Conference First Team during the 2017 and 2018 seasons, and was named MAC Freedom Honorable Mention during her sophomore campaign. Her senior year, she was also named ECAC player of the month for September.Â
A native of Camas, Washington, Harris was a standout at Camas High School. She finished her senior year on the All-State First Team, All-Region First Team and All-League First Team.Â
Harris graduated from FDU with a degree in Psychology. She is currently working towards a Masters Degree.Â
