Dan Ortiz, a longtime professional soccer coach and trainer throughout the state of New Jersey and mid-atlantic enthusiastically brings his extensive coaching experience and expertise to FDU-Florham Women's Soccer.

Ortiz has achieved great success and experience coaching at the highest levels of the game for extended stretches including, a one-year volunteer coach for the Philadelphia Union of the MLS, four years of semi-pro soccer as Assistant Coach for the Ocean City Barons of the USL, five years as the head coach for NJ ODP, four years as U.S. Youth Soccer Region I Coach, eight years of coaching high school girls soccer (Owen J Roberts High School and Phoenixville High School in Pennsylvania), five years as head coach for South Jersey Barons Youth Academy, and currently a head coach for PDA Shore in Toms River. In addition, Ortiz is owner and founder of Developmental Soccer Training a soccer training company in South Jersey which focuses on Team training, Individual training and team camps.

Ortiz has a US Soccer National "B" Coaching License, US Soccer National "C" Coaching license, US Soccer National "D" Coaching License as well as the National Youth License.
