Kate Martino currently owns her own private practice, Martino Mindset, LLC. She is a licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant. She has assisted in the NBA draft process, provided mental performance services to the Long Island Nets G League team, and implemented workshops to various high schools, colleges, and clubs in New Jersey.

Kate was a three-sport athlete at Summit High School, and where she later returned as an assistant coach to the girl’s lacrosse program. She was a member of the 2013 NCAA Division I Championship Team at the University of North Carolina and finished her collegiate career at the College of Holy Cross. Kate earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Florham.
