Caroline Pape joined the women's lacrosse coaching staff in the summer of 2019.

Pape closed out her career in 2019 by being named the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Year after posting 53 goals and 50 assists. She was chosen to First Team All-Region IWLCA, First Team All-MAC Freedom and First Team All-ECAC and became just the third person in program history to record over 100 points or more in a season.

The Flourtown, Pa. native concluded her four years with 86 goals and 73 assists while adding 161 ground balls, 87 ground balls and 153 draw controls.
