Caitlyn McGinley enters her fourth season as an assistant coach for the FDU women's lacrosse team and second as a graduate assistant.

McGinley was the MAC Freedom Conference Rookie of the Year in 2012 and was tabbed to the First Team All-MAC Freedom in each of her four seasons.

A psychology major, she was a part of three MAC Freedom Championship teams, and was named team captain during her senior season,
