CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
2024 Winter & Spring MAC Academic Honor Roll
2024-25:
Indoor
- Recorded a career-best mile time at the first meet of the season (TCNJ Indoor Open) for a time of 5:04.97
- Set the 3000m school record at the NYU DIII Invitational on February 15, with a time of 9:56.79 for 33rd overall
- Helped set a program record in the Distance Relay Medley with a time of 11:37.83 during the MAC Indoor Championships
Outdoor
- Partook in multiple distance events, including 800m, 1500m, 5000m, 10000m, and 4x800m relay events
- Won the 10000m event and set a new record at the Bill Butler Invitational with a time of 35:30.23, ranks 44th regionally
- Claimed 5th and a school record in the 1500m event of the ECAC Outdoor Championships (4:26.57)
2023-24:
Indoor
- Posted a career-best mile time of 5:03.75 at the Susquehanna Early Invite on Dec. 8-9
- Clocked a 10:01.38 3000-meter run at the SU Tune Up on Feb. 17
- Competed in the DMR at the MAC Championship on Feb. 24-25
Outdoor
- Collected his best 5000-meter time of 17:01.81 at the Coach Pollard Invite on Apr. 19-20
- Earned a career-best 1500-meter time of 4:31.05 at the TCNJ Multi Invite on Apr. 11-13
- Placed fifth in the 5000-meter run (17:38.61) at the ECAC Championship on May 10
2022-23:
Indoor
- Recorded a time of 1:31:98 in the 600m, placing fifth at the DeSchriver Invitational on February 5.
- Ran in the 800m event with a time of 2:08.54, in the Big Apple Invitational
- Triple Jumped his way to a 11.59m season-best at the Big Apple Invitational
Outdoor
- Was a member of the 4x800 relay team, collectively running a best time of 8:29.98 at the MAC Outdoor Championships
- Saw a season-best of 4:32.71 in the 1500m event, during the Coach Pollard Invitational.
Off the Track at FDU-Florham:
- Majoring in Journalism, with a minor in business
- Member of the Cross Country team
