The Union County Baseball Hall of Famer, Gino Mirabella comes to Madison from New Brunswick High School, where he was the Varsity Head Coach in 2023. Currently, he is the 13U Head Coach for Wladyka Baseball.Â

Previously, he was the Pitching Coach at JUCO powerhouse Brookdale Community College and a Head Coach for Intensity Baseball.

The Roselle Park native was a standout right-handed pitcher at Brookdale CC, where he led the Jersey Blues to two NJCAA College World Series appearances (1988 and 1989). He was then drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 39th round of the 1989 MLB Draft. He pitched for Cleveland and Chicago White Sox organizations from 1989-1991. In 1990, he led the Pioneer League in innings pitched and was second in strikeouts for the Single-A Salt Lake City Trappers.
