Coach Dickerson began his coaching career in 2010 at Timothy Christian School in Piscataway, NJ as the Pitching Coach, where led the staff to a 2.31 team ERA and an appearance the teams' first state tournament game in school history.Â

Upon relocating to the New England area, he was an Assistant Coach at his alma mater, Eastern Nazarene College, from 2011-2012, as the Infield and Hitting Coach. In his first year, ENC hit .281 as a team and finished 4th in the conference with 11 homeruns.

Following his time at ENC, Coach Dickerson joined the staff at LaSell College for the 2013-2014 campaigns. There Dickerson was the Infield Coach and Assistant Pitching Coach. In his first year there, Lasell finished first in the conference in defensive fielding percentage and was in the top 30 in the country for Divison 3 schools. Â

Dickerson then joined the staff at Zoned Sports Academy in Bridgewater, NJ  where he became a Lead Pitching Instructor and Head Coach for the College Recruitment teams which ranged from 15U through 17U. Coach Dickerson assisted with the Zoned Recruiting Department as well.

While at Zoned, Coach Dickerson ran a very successful Velocity Plus program which saw over 100 athletes gain an average of 3.5 mph throughout the 7 week program. He also become a certified instructor of the highly touted VeloPro harness which was designed and created by former MLB pitcher, Jim Parque. A graduate of Eastern Nazarene College in 2009 with a degree in Sports Management, Coach Dickerson has given well over 1,000 lessons in each of the past two years.Â
