MADISON, N.J. - The FDU-Florham Devils women's soccer team took on the Kean Cougars this evening, battling back for a thrilling 2-1 victory 

 
Devils Highlights 

• FDU Mackenzie Ferrara came out on fire in the second half, as Ferrara found the back of the net to get the Devils on the board to tie it up, 1-1 
• Following Ferrara's goal, Leila Duffie found Selena Rivera, who buried the finish to give the Devils a 2-1 lead 

How it Happened 

• The Cougars struck first, taking a 1-0 lead at the 30:31 mark and carrying the advantage into halftime. 
• While Kean was up before the half, FDU led in shots 17-6 (5-3 on goal) 
• The Devils came out firing in the second half, as Ferrara ripped a shot into the back corner of the net to put FDU on the board
• FDU kept the pressure on and doubled its lead at 55:05, as Leila Duffie fired the ball across the front of the net to Rivera, who buried the finish

The Devils continue to defend home turf as they welcome the Sarah Lawrence Gryphons on Saturday, September 12. Kickoff is set for 7 PM.
