WILKES-BARRE, Pa – The FDU-Florham swim team traveled out to King's College for their first meet of 2026.
Devils Highlights
- The meet kicked off with both the men's and women's 200-yard medley teams finishing in first place. The men's team, made up of seniors AJ Vicidomini, Jackson Standridge, Edward Danza, and Michael Bang, finished the event with a final time of 1:50.81. The women's team, made up of seniors Katelyn Plank and Lauren Stone, and sophomores Olivia Case and Olivia Glenfield, finished the event with a final time of 1:59.50, which was a full 10 seconds ahead of second place.
- Later in the meet, senior Jessica Mooney placed first in both the 1000-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle. For the 1000-yard freestyle, she finished with a final time of 12:38.24 and for the 500-yard freestyle, she finished with a final time of 5:57.97. Additionally, sophomore Caitlyn Kramaritsch placed first in the 100-yard freestyle with a final time of 1:00.12, just .44 of a second faster than second place finisher Glenfield.
- The men's team also had various first place finishes, with Bang tallying two wins, and Danza and Vicidomini each tallying one win. Bang finished the 50-yard freestyle with a final time of 22.38, while also finishing the 100-yard breaststroke with a final time of 1:03.25. For Danza, he finished the 100-yard butterfly with a final time of 1:03.07. Rounding out the meet, Vicidomini finished the 200-yard freestyle 15 seconds faster than second place with a final time of 1:59.63.
How it Happened
- The women's side beat King's with a final score of 123.
- The men's team ultimately lost with a final score of 62.
