MADISON, N.J. – The FDU-Florham Devils women's soccer team traveled to Union, N.J. to take on the Kean University Cougars. After a close second half, the Devils fell 2-1 to the Cougars. 
 
Devils Highlights 

• Junior Shelli Nolan scored a second-half goal and put the Devils on the board 

• As a team, the Devils led in shots with 12, three of them being on goal 

• Junior goalkeeper Ava Gianni notched 2 saves during her 60 minutes of action 

How it Happened 

• Nolan gained control of the ball at the 30' and was able to dribble it past the Cougars' defense, where she almost tripped up at the 10' but took the shot which flew past the Kean goalie for the point.

Up Next 
The Devils will return home on Saturday, Sept 6, to take on William Paterson University. Kick-off is set for 7:00pm.
