East Stroudsburg, PA (May 3)- In Day one of the MAC Freedom Championship hosted at the Shawnee Gold Club, the FDU-Florham Men's Golf Team scored a 322 in the first round, which placed them tied 6
th of 8 teams, with another 18 holes to go still.

FDU-Florham performed on the day that resulted in three Devils having back-to-back-to-back scores to be a part of a three-way tie for third. With a score of 78 (+6),
Connor Dillon (Waldwick, NJ) and
Adien Markey (East Hanover, NJ) both claimed the first spot for their team.
Aidan Newman (Gainesville, Fla.) followed the top three with a 79 (+7).
Further down the leaderboard was
Mario Lamperti (Parsippany, NJ) as he took 33
rd with a round of 87 (+15). Closing the tournament for the day was
Joseph O'Leary (Washington, NJ) as he swung for a 100 (+28).
FDU-Florham looks to a 10 am tee-time on Sunday, May 4 to play round two of the MAC Freedom Championships.
