MADISON, N.J. – The FDU-Florham Devils women's soccer team traveled to Annville, PA to face the Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen this afternoon for a MAC Freedom Conference match. The Devils were defeated by the Dutchmen 4-1. 

 
 
Devils Highlights 

• Emma Letizia led the Devils in shots with 3, landing one in the net for an FDU goal 

• As a team, FDU notched 6 shots with 4 on goal 

• Riley Northridge, Carly Drumm, and Audrey Martinho got off one shot each 

• Ava Gianni collected 4 saves in her 90:00 minutes in the net 

How it Happened 

• The Dutchmen were up 2-0 after halftime, but 10 minutes into the second quarter off a long pass coming from Georgia Oberman, Letizia received the ball and drew Dutchman goalie out of the net in an attempt to block her shot. Letizia then successfully kicked the ball past their goalie for the point. 

• Lebanon Valley answered quickly by scoring less than 2 minutes later and secured their win with another goal about one minute remaining of play. 

Up Next 
The Devils will return home on Wednesday, October 21st to host Stevens University for a MAC Freedom Conference match. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM.
