Franklin, NJ (April 5)- In dual match action, The FDU-Florham men's golf team bested William Paterson, 351-367 at Black Bear Golf Course Wednesday afternoon. It is the second time the Devils have bested the Pioneers this season after defeating them, 316-366 in the fall.
Aidan Newman (Gainesville, Fla.) earned the medalist honors in the match as he shot the low score of 83 on the day followed closely by
Connor Dillon (Waldwick, NJ) with a score of 84.
Austin Whiteman (Parsippany, NJ) had the third best score on the day and the fourth best overall score with an 89 while
Ryan Mylod (Oak Ridge, NJ) tied for sixth as he shot a 95.
The Devils were rounded out by
Joseph Carney (Garwood, NJ) who scored a 111 in his first collegiate golf match and
Ryan Sickinger who shot a 118 in individual play
FDU-Florham compete in the Arcadia Knights Spring Classic Thursday, April 13 which is hosted at Makefield Highlands Golf Club in Yardley, Pa.
