Dallas, Pa. (October 17) – The FDU-Florham women's golf team competed at the Misericordia University Invitational yesterday afternoon. The field featured the Devils, the host Cougars, Eastern University and the University of Scranton.

FDU junior Erica Blackburn (Marlboro, NJ) finished 12th overall and graduate student Tatiana Nieto (Clark, NJ) finished 13th overall, a ten shot improvement from last spring.

"Despite the cold and rainy weather, Tatiana and Erica played very well," said FDU-Florham women's golf coach Katy Fissel. "Tatiana had her best match as a Devils, improving by ten strokes from her previous score, in addition to her grabbing a par on the front nine. I am looking forward to the spring to continue the development in their game."

FDU will resume its schedule in the spring. Keep an eye out on FDUDevils.com for a full schedule of events after the New Year.
