DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (April 9, 2018) - Junior
Brendan Demitus of the FDU men's golf team shot an 80 to lead the Devils to a 332-350 win over Delaware Valley Monday.
The victory marked the fifth straight dual match win for the Devils, who moved to 5-1 on the season.
Demitus carded the +9 round to win the event by three strokes. Colton Lesh of the Aggies tied for second with FDU juniors
Mike Lieberman and
Chris Fazio. Those three shot an 83, while freshman
Bobby Greer III and senior
Ryan Maslen tied for fifth with an 85.
Senior
Daeshon Underwood tied for seventh, carding a 91. Delaware Valley had five of their six golfers in the 7-12 positions, helping FDU with the victory.
The Devils are back in action on Thursday, competing in the rescheduled Moravian Invitational.
