HAMBURG, N.J. (October 5, 2018) - The FDU-Florham men's golf team was topped by William Paterson 325-341 Friday afternoon.
The event was the first dual match of the season for the Devils and the Pioneers.
William Paterson had two golfers break 80, carding a 76 and 77 respectively. Senior
Brendan Demitus was third and the top Devils finisher, shooting an 81 in his season debut.
After a Pioneer golfer posted an 83, FDU took the next two spots. Senior
Mike Lieberman notched an 84, while junior
Thomas Cashin recorded an 85. Senior
Chris Fazio was eighth with a 91, while freshman
Brian Leckie rounded out the quintet with a 99.
The Devils close out the fall season Sunday, taking on Mount St. Vincent at 11 a.m.
