RESULTS
HAMBURG, N.J. (October 5, 2017) - The FDU men's golf team claimed the top four spots en route to a 304-345 win over William Paterson Thursday.
The 304 was the Devils lowest score since carding a 303 against Centenary on September 28, 2012.
Freshman
Bobby Greer III and senior Daeshon Underwood each a shot 74 to tie for first place. Both shot an even, 36 on the front nine, as Greer used two birdies and an eagle on the first nine holes. Underwood had five birdies and an eagle the par-4, 230 yard 15th hole.
Sophomore Tom Cashin finished two strokes back with a 76. Cashin had the low score on the front nine, shooting a one under 35, including three birdies. Junior
Mike Lieberman carded an 80, knocking home birdies on 2, 11 and 15.
Senior
Robert Gavin and freshman
David Yale also competed, with Gavin shooting an 86. His lone birdie of the day came on the longest par 4 of the course, a challenging 451 yard hole.
The Devils are back in action on Tuesday, heading out to Reading, Pa. for the Alvernia Tournament.
