WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham men's golf team dropped a duel match to King's College (Pa.) at the Wyoming Valley Country Club on Tuesday, Sept. 20.
The Monarchs defeated FDU-Florham, 305-339, in the event.
Senior
Chris Budd was the Devils' top finisher in seventh place, shooting an 83 (+13).
In his collegiate debut, freshman
Thomas Cashin impressed for the Devils in eighth place with a score of 84 (+14)
Junior
Robert Gavin was just one behind at 84 (+15).
The Monarchs were led by a stellar performance from Ryan Georgetti who posted a three-over par 73.
FDU-Florham returns to action next against Delaware Valley University at the Five Ponds Golf Club in Warminster, Pa. on Thursday, Sept. 29 at 1 p.m.
