Women's Golf Downs Cougars in Match Play

DALLAS, Pa. – The Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham women's golf team closed its regular season on a high note by defeating Misericordia University in match play at Irem Temple Country Club on Thursday afternoon.

Senior leader Jordan Durham set the tone for the Devils by winning her match. Then, sophomore Lauren Geiger and freshman Brooke Sherwin each followed suit by earning victories, which helped the Devils to secure the overall win in their first match play outing of the season.

The dual-match with the Cougars marks the end of the Devils' regular season action as they now gear up for the 2016 MAC Championship, which is set for Sunday, April 24 at Hershey Country Club in Hershey, Pa.
