Box Score MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils were knocked off by Alvernia, 1-0, in double overtime in non-conference action on Wednesday evening. The winning goal came 1:47 into the second overtime.
With the loss, the Devils dropped to 1-6.
FDU statistically dominated the contest, holding a 24-10 advantage in shots and a 5-4 edge in corner kicks, but the Devils just could not find the back of the net. The Devils had many very good opportunities in the second half as they got off 13 shots to only four for Alvernia. Junior forward
