Devils Blank Rutgers-Camden, 5-0

MADISON, NJ - Sophomore forward Claire Donohue, the reigning Freedom Conference Player of the Week, scored two goals and added three assists while sophomore forward Michelle Hickey scored two goals of her own to lead the College at Florham Devils to a 5-0 win over Rutgers-Camden in non-conference action on Monday afternoon.

With the win, the Devils have now won three in a row and are 4-6 on the season.

Senior midfielder Jenna Campfield got thing started at the 31:52 mark when converted a pass from Donohue before the Devils made it 2-0 just 1:21 into the second half as Donohue knocked home a feed from freshman forward Kim Overland.  Hickey then scored two in a row, with Donohue getting an assist on each, at the 56:51 and 70:30 marks, respectively.  Donohue capped the scoring at 5-0 with 14:51 left in the contest.

Senior goalkeeper Lauren Albrecht picked up the win, making five saves.

The Devils return to action on Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at Widener beginning at 4 pm.
