WASHINGTON, DC - The College at Florham Devils were beaten by Bridgewater, 5-2, in the second game of the DC Classic held at Catholic University on Sunday afternoon.
With the loss, the Devils dropped to 1-4.
Bridgewater got on the board first at the 19:10 mark before grabbing a 2-0 advantage with 11:14 left before halftime. It was halfway through the second half before the Devils heated up, as sophomore forward
Michelle Hickey converted a pass from sophomore forward
Samantha Messina to cut the deficit to 2-1 at the 68:18 mark. Just under two minutes later, FDU tied it at 2-2 when sophomore forward
Claire Dononhue found the back of the net. Bridgewater came right back though, as they went ahead again exactly one minute later before adding two insurance goals with under six minutes left in the contest.

The Devils return to action on Friday, September 16, 2011, at home against Stevens beginning at 4 pm.
