WILLIAMSPORT, PA - Senior forward Brittany Kanickij (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) scored two goals to lead the College at Florham Devils to a 2-0 victory over Lycoming in non-conference action on Friday afternoon.

With the win, the Devils improved to 5-3-1.

Both FDU goals came very early in the contest as Kanickij converted a pass from senior foward Lora Fink (Hamilton Square, NJ/Pennington Prep) just 7:53 into the game before knocking home a pass from junior midfielder Meaghan Reilly (Cinnaminson, NJ/Holy Cross) only 3:07 later.  The Devils held a 19-5 edge in shots and a 5-3 advantage in corner kicks.

Junior goalkeeper Melanie Pierson (Brookside, NJ/Mendham) picked up the shutout win, making two saves.

The Devils return to action on Monday, September 27, 2010, at Rutgers-Camden beginning at 7 pm.
