POMONA, NJ - The third-seeded College at Florham Devils were defeated by second-seeded and cross-town rival Drew, 2-1, in the Semifinals of the ECAC Metro/Upstate Region Tournament on Saturday afternoon at Richard Stockton.

With the loss, the Devils finished their season with a record of 15-7-2 while Drew improved to 14-7-1.

After a scoreless first half, the Devils got on the board first when senior forward Brittany Kanickij found the back of the net at the 58:42 mark.  Drew didn't give in though, coming back to tie the game at 1-1 just five minutes later before taking a 2-1 advantage with 18:41 left in the contest.  The Devils had a chance down the stretch, as they got a corner kick with under a minute to go but FDU couldn't convert and Drew will now move on to the finals where they will take on fourth-seeded SUNY Brockport.

Junior goalkeeper Lauren Albrecht suffered the loss, making four saves.
