MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils played to a 1-1 tie with William Paterson in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

With the tie, the Devils now stand at 1-3-1.

Sophomore midfielder Kim Campfield (Farmingdale, NJ/Colts Neck) gave FDU a 1-0 lead at the 18:26 mark but the Pioneers tied it up at 1-1 with 19:45 left in the first half.  Each team had a few opportunities apiece in the second half and in both overtimes but neither was able to convert the game-winner.

Sophomore goalkeepr Lauren Albrecht (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) started and made one save while allowing one goal.  Sophomore goalkeeper Melanie Pierson (Brookside, NJ/Mendham) played the second half and both overtimes while making three saves.

The Devils return to action on Wednesday, September 16, 2009, at home against Kean beginning at 7 pm.
