MADISON, NJ - Junior forward
Lora Fink (Hamilton Square, NJ/Pennington Prep) had a goal and an assist to lead the College at Florham Devils to a 4-0 win over Delaware Valley in Freedom Conference action on Tuesday evening.
With the win, the Devils improved to 6-8-2 (2-2-1 Freedom) while the Aggies dropped to 1-11 (1-4 Freedom).
After a scoreless first half, the Devils got on the board at the 57:56 mark when sophomore midfielder
Kim Campfield (Farmingdale, NJ/Colts Neck) found the back of the net. Fink then made it 2-0 in the 78th minute before assisting on a goal by junior forward
Brittany Kanickij (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) at the 82:11 mark. Freshman defender
Emily Kilgore (Bound Brook, NJ/Bound Brook) rounded out the scoring just two minutes later. The Devils held a 32-7 edge in shots and a 7-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Melanie Pierson (Brookside, NJ/Mendham) made five saves to pick up the win.
The Devils return to action on Saturday, October 24, 2009, at home against King's for Senior Day beginning at 11 am.
