Shalette Brown has been a double-double machine all season and this past week, she helped the No. 3-ranked FDU-Florham women’s basketball team clinch the top seed in the Freedom Conference Tournament with two big wins. On Tuesday, February 17, the junior forward shot 4-of-6 from the field for 13 points. She also reeled in 14 boards and tallied seven steals in a 69-47 victory over Wilkes University. This past Saturday, Brown scored 14 points and brought down 17 rebounds, nine on the offensive end to push the Devils past the Delaware Valley Aggies 89-52. She ended the regular season with five consecutive double-doubles and led the team in scoring with 13.8 points and 10.9 rebounds per game.
