Freshman Sarah Bennett found success in the water this past weekend for the FDU-Florham women's swimming team as they faced off against Lebanon Valley College. Bennett propelled herself to two first place finishes in two races at the Ferguson Recreation Center. In the first race of the afternoon, she was a key member of the 200-yard medley relay team that placed second with a time of 2:12.70. When she took to the water for a second time, she finished with the top time in the 50-yard freestyle posting a time of 27.90. The freshman was not finished and in her final race of the day she was victorious once again, this time in the 100-yard Fly with a time of 1:09.50. Although the Devils dropped the meet to the Dutchmen 142-52, Bennett was still able to pick up two impressive victories.
