Junior forward Shalette Brown led the No.1-ranked FDU-Florham women’s basketball team to an 81-59 victory over Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, N.Y. this past Thursday. Brown, who has been reeling in rebounds with ease and scoring with efficiency from the field, put forth one of her best performances this season with a jaw-dropping double-double. She shot 8-of-15 from the field for 19 points while bringing down a career-high 20 rebounds in the Devils win. To add to her stellar performance, she also had three blocks and tied her career-high in steals with five. Brown has proven to be a dominant force for the top-ranked Devils, averaging 12.1 ppg and 10.7 rpg.
