FDU-Florham men's golf was led by a historic performance from first-year Chris DeRogatis at the Alvernia Invite as he posted a 73 (+1) for second place overall. DeRogatis' score of one over was the second lowest known result in program history only behind that of FDU-Florham Hall of Famer Matt Molinari who posted a 72 for even on April 6, 2011 at Glenmaura National Golf Club against Scranton and Wilkes. DeRogatis finished the day just one stroke behind the invite winner, Jacob Sokalsky of West Chester.
