Richard Palm is entering his first season as head men's and women's swim coach and aquatics director at FDU-Florham.

Palm swam at Division I Loyola University in Maryland where he helped the team win the MAAC Conference Championship three straight years. While at Loyola, Palm had the opportunity to train with Michael Phelps and Bob Bowman.

Currently, he is also in his fourth year coaching at the silver-medal accredited Cougar Aquatic Team program.

Previously, Palm was an assistant coach for two years at St. Peters University.
