A transformative figure in the rise of FDU-Florham Women's Lacrosse, Parent made her mark as a dynamic midfielder, standout leader, and two-way force who helped usher in a new era of championship success for the program.
Competing from 2008-2011, Parent filled the stat sheet across multiple categories, finishing her career with 152 career goals, 220 total points, 68 assists – 5th in program history, 187 ground balls – 5th in program history, and 130 draw controls.
Her debut season was a historic one, helping lead the Devils to their first-ever MAC Freedom Conference Championship and first NCAA Tournament appearance. In her junior year, she added another title by winning the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Region Tournament, further solidifying her legacy as a championship-caliber player.
Parent's individual accolades are a testament to her consistent excellence include 2× First Team All-MAC Freedom, 2× First Team All-Boardwalk Region, Third Team All-American – WomensLacrosse.com, Second Team All-MAC Freedom, 2× MAC Freedom Player of the Week, 2× Division III Team of the Week Honor Roll, and a 2× Team Most Valuable Player.
Off the field, Parent embodied the true spirit of the student-athlete. She was twice named to the MAC Spring All-Academic Team, and her leadership extended to roles in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and as a club lacrosse coach. A dedicated scholar, Parent completed both her bachelor's degree in mathematics and master's degree in education through FDU's QUEST program.
