Erin LeBan was a four-year letterwinner and a three-time All-Conference selection.

LeBan was named Second Team All-Freedom Conference as a sophomore before earning First Team All-Freedom honors as a junior and senior.  In the FDU record book, she is first All-Time in career assists (4,128), first All-Time in career aces (291), first All-Time in single-season assists (1,355), first All-Time in single-season aces (83), second All-Time in single-season assists (1,160), tied for third All-Time in single-season aces (75, twice), and fifth All-Time in single-season assists (814).

After completing her undergraduate degree, Erin stayed at FDU as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the Devils for four seasons while pursuing her MBA.  She is now a coach for the Atlantic Valley Volleyball Club while working for Realogy Corporation.  She is a part of the Business Development Group and also assists with marketing efforts.  She currently resides in Florham Park.
