A four-year letterwinner and starter, Beccaris is seventh on the FDU career points scored list with 209.

Beccaris was named the Athletic Department's Male Athlete of the Year in 1975-76, he was Team MVP in 1976 and Honorable Mention All-American in 1976.

Art was part of an ECAC Championship team and the only NCAA playoff team in school history.

He currently resides in North Babylon, NY.
