Andy Paulus played baseball from 1993 through 1996. He was named the Most Valuable Player of the Freedom League as a senior.
Paulus was also named First Team All-Freedom League as a junior. His 29 career doubles ties for the most in a career for the Devils. Paulus ranks second on the all-time hit list with 153. His 12-career home runs ranks second as well. His 120 career runs scored is 24 more than second place. Paulus drove in 98 runs over his career to rank second. His 11 triples tie for fourth place all-time. Hiss 75 career bases-on-balls is an all-time program record.
Paulus’ 13 doubles in 1996 tie for the most in a season for the Devils. He had 46 hits in 1996, which ties for fourth place. His six home runs in 1996 ties for the third-most in the program’s history.
He scored 39 runs in 1996, tying for the most ever. Paulus holds the single-season record for bases-on-balls with 35.
Paulus has been an assistant coach for the baseball team since the conclusion of his college playing career.
