The 2001 FDU-Madison women’s tennis team is the winningest team in the program’s 50-year history.

The Devils posted a 15-1 mark, which currently stands as the largest win total all-time. The outstanding campaign also marks the first Freedom Conference Championship for the program. Head Coach Nancy Kroll guided the team to the 15-1 season before following up with a 12-3 season in 2002, which also concluded with a Freedom Conference Championship. Kroll earned MAC Coach of the Year honors, while Michelle Olas received All-Conference recognition for her outstanding campaign. Last season, the Devils returned to the postseason for the first time since that outstanding two-year run.
