Tom Wilkinson, Sr., MAT, ATC - Director of Sports Medicine
In September 1987, Tom Wilkinson became the Head Athletic Trainer for Fairleigh Dickinson University's 19 varisty sports. A 1975 graduate of James Madison University, Tom spent the first nine years of his career working in professional football. In 1974, while taking a semester off from school, he worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in the World Football League with the Florida Blazers. After graduating from JMU, Tom continued to work in the WFL with the Charlotte Hornets. He then worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for five years with the Chicago Bears of the NFL. He moved to the United States Football League where he became the Head Athletic Trainer for the Tampa Bay Bandits and Washington Federals. At the1999 annual meeting of the National Athletic Trainers Association, Tom recieved recognition for 25 years of membership. In 2001, Tom earned his Masters of Arts in Teaching from FDU. Tom serves on numerous university committees and is a professor for the department of Health and Physical Education.

Brian D. Fanning, Jr., MS, ATC - Assistant Athletic Trainer
In February 2005, Brian Fanning became the Assistant Athletic Trainer for the College at Florham Devils. From 1998-2002, Brian worked towards achieving his bachelor's degree in Human Movement/Athletic Training from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Ct. As a SHU Pioneer, Brian worked with a number of Division I athletic teams and completed a semester assisting in the coverage of high school sports at St. Joseph's. After graduation, Brian moved on to complete his Master's of Science Degree in Athletic Training at California University of Pennsylvania in May 2004. While earning his degree, Brian was Head Athletic Trainer for Charleroi High School and Middle School. Brian has since returned home to Morris County, NJ and assisted in the healthcare of athletes at the College of Florham.

Stephanie Szalma, MS, ATC - Assistant Athletic Trainer
Stephanie is a 2003 graduate of King's College (PA) where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. While at King's, she had the opportunity to work with the King's College field hockey, softball, women's basketball, and football teams. Upon graduating from King's she went on to pursue a Master of Science in Heath Promotion at the University of Delaware, which she completed in 2005. During her time at UD, she worked with the softball and 2004 CAA Champion field hockey team. Stephanie joined the Athletic Training staff at the College at Florham in the summer of 2005.
