DALLAS, Pa. -- The FDU-Florham women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to top-seeded Misericordia University on Wednesday night.
The lone goal of the game was scored Cougars Jacqueline Stevens in the 20th minute to halt the Devils from advancing further in the conference playoffs.
Misericordia out shot FDU-Florham 33-3 but solid goaltending from freshman
Bryanna Webber who made nine saves kept the Devils within reach.
The Devils' best opporunity came with a final 10-minute push including a corner from Calleo but the attack fell just short.
Calleo led the Devils attack with two shots while senior defener
