MADISON, NJ - Sophomore forward Kyra Dayon was named Fourth Team All-American by d3hoops.com on Tuesday morning.  This award comes after she was named First Team All-Mid-Atlantic Region, Freedom Conference Player of the Year and First Team All-Freedom Conference earlier this month.  Dayon is just the second All-American in FDU Women's Basketball history.

During her sophomore campaign, Dayon averaged 18.5 points and 7.8 rebounds per game while shooting 43.4% from the field and 74.0% from the foul line.  She also posted 2.6 steals per game and 3.1 assists per outing while playing 35.3 minutes per contest.  Dayon led the Devils the best record in school history (24-4), FDU's first Freedom Conference Tournament Championship, and its first NCAA Tournament appearance.  In the nation, she ranked 36th in points per game, 135th in steals per game, 129th in field goal percentage, 38th in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.71), and 81st in double-doubles (9).
