JAMAICA, NY - The College at Florham Devils women's swim team knocked off both York (NY), 94-28, and Sarah Lawrence, 82-39, while the men's team downed York (NY) by a score of 130-97.

With the wins, the women improved to 4-7 while the men upped their record to 2-6.

WOMEN - Junior Melanie Allen (Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown) won the 100 free (1:08.99), the 50 free (31.37) and the 200 free (2:31.18).  Sophomore Luci DiMaggio (Allenhurst, NJ/Ocean) won the 400 free (4:38.78), the 50 breast (40.73) and the 100 breast (1:27.84).  Sophomore Wendy Ferriero (Denville, NJ/Morris Knolls) took the 200 IM (2:46.77), the 100 IM (1:18.32) and the 50 fly (35.08).  Junior Elisabeth Hilzen (Glen Rock, NJ/Glen Rock) took the 100 back in a time of 1:23.23.

MEN - Senior Peter Milazzo (Audubon, NJ/Audubon) won the 400 free (4:35.99), the 100 fly (1:08.12) and the 50 fly (29.46).  Junior Nolan Doyle (Aberdeen, NJ/Christian Brothers Academy) took the 50 breast (35.62), the 100 IM (1:11.23) and the 100 free (59.82) while sophomore Daniel Herskowitz (Pomona, NY/North Rockland) won the 200 IM (2:40.15), the 200 free (2:19.68) and the 50 free (27.09).  Freshman Brian Burkehardt (Warren, NJ/Watchung Hills) took the 100 back in a time of 1:20.10.

The Devils are done for the first semester but return to action on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at home against Messiah beginning at 1 pm.
