FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON AT FLORHAM

ANVILLE, PA - For the second consecutive season, the College at Florham Devils had five players named to the Middle Atlantic Conference All-Conference squad.

Junior tight end Beau Reed (Ocean, NJ/Rumson) was named First Team All-Conference while senior quarterback Bill Winters (Brick, NJ/Brick), senior wide receiver Kyle Bukowiec (Howell, NJ/Howell), junior left tackle James Sullivano (Howell, NJ/Howell) and sophomore linebacker Steve Hoverson (Middletown, NJ/Iona) were named to the Second Team.

Reed, a Second Team selection a year ago, was third on the team with 33 receptions for 345 yards and two touchdowns.  He averaged 10.5 yards per catch with a long grab of 30 yards.

Winters finished his career as the most prolific quarterback in FDU history.  On the season, he went 136-of-208 for 1,606 yards to go along with 14 touchdowns and eight interceptions while also leading the team in rushing with 101 carries for 445 yards and five more scores.  In the conference, he ranked sixth in rushing yards per game (55.6), second in passing yards per game (200.8), and second in total offense per game (256.4) while ranking 50th nationally in total offense.  He also owns most of the FDU career passing records including passing yards, passing attempts, passing completions, completion percentage and passing touchdowns.  He also finished his career fifth in rushing touchdowns.

Bukowiec led the team with 61 catches for 585 yards and four touchdowns.  He averaged 9.6 yards per grab with a long of 57.  In the conference, he was first in receptions per game (6.8) and fifth in receiving yards per game (65.0) while placing 32nd nationally in receptions per game.

Sullivano was the anchor of the FDU offensive line.  He moved into the starting lineup halfway through his freshman campaign and has been a staple at left tackle ever since.  He helped pave the way for the Devils to rank fourth in the conference in total offense , fifth in rushing offense and second in passing offense.

After transferring to FDU, Hoverson led the squad in tackles with 88 (49 solo).  He had a team-high 10 tackles for loss, two sacks, two passes broken up and a forced fumble.  His 88 tackles ranked him second in the conference while also finishing tied for 14th in tackles for loss.
