PURCHASE, NY - The College at Florham Devils dropped a 3-0 decision to Manhattanville in Freedom Conference action on Tuesday afternoon.
With the loss, the Devils dropped to 7-6-1 (0-2-1 Freedom) while the Valiants improved to 8-4 (3-0 Freedom).
The Valiants got on the board at the 33:23 mark but the game was evenly played until the middle of the second half when Manhattanville scored two goals in a matter of 0:21 to break the game open.
Junior goalkeeper Kevin Herbert (Whippany, NJ/Whippany Park) made five saves in net.
The Devils return to action on Saturday, October 17, 2009, at DeSales beginning at 3 pm.
