 Condron-Kells played field hockey from 1990-1993.She is tied for the most goals scored in a career in program history with 29. She ranks third all-time on FDU’s scoring list with 71 points.

Condron-Kells was named First Team All-MAC Freedom League and CFHCA Division III South Atlantic Regional All-American Second Team as a senior. She helped FDU to a 10-5-1 record in 1991, the fifth-best winning percentage in team history. She also helped the team to the conference tournament in 1991 and 1993.

She is currently the assistant coach for the field hockey team. Condron-Kells lives in Parsippany with her husband Mike and their daughter Riley.
