Falzarano played softball for FDU from 1987-90. While on the
team she was named FDU-Madison Female Co-Athlete of the year
in 1989-90. Falzarano was a three-time team MVP, earning that
honor in 1988, 1989, and 1990. She was selected first team All-MAC
in 1988 as a pitcher. Falzarano is the career record-holder in
several categories. With 569 strikeouts, she has struck out more
opponents than any other FDU softball pitcher. She has pitched
the most innings of any FDU player at 837.1. Her 128 games played
and 74 wins also are all-time bests. Falzarano is second on the
career list with 2.13 earned run average. After graduation, Falzarano
began working for the Veterans Administration Hospital in Basking
Ridge, NJ as a Recreational Therapist. She has continued to work
at the hospital and has been there for nine years. |
