UPDATE # 15 - Winter 2002 - 2003
Football
The football team is spending the first six weeks of the off season program completing a muscle mass / general strength phase. We are training four days a week, with reps in the 8 -15 range. We are doing a total body workout, on M, T, TH, and F. Following the winter break, the players will test in the Clean, Back Squat, and Bench Press to get a "baseline" of where they will be starting the spring. The program will then change to a speed / explosive emphahsis, with some limit strength testing before the students leave at the end of the spring. We will post some workouts early this spring!
Women's Soccer
The Women's soccer program began training in earnest before winter break. They began a general strength training program, three times a week, on M, W, and F, in two groups. Their workouts are as follows:

The reps change from week to week, in a standard progression, for the first six weeks of the winter session. We will post the new training sessions when the team turns to a power phase this March.
